The NPO "Purusuaruha", which supports parents, families, and children with mental disorders and developmental irregularities, will hold an exhibition in conjunction with the publication of the new book "Ikiru Bouken Chizu" (Gakuensha).
Event to commemorate the publication of the picture book "Living Adventure Map" to learn about children's feelings
Purusuaruha supports parents and their children with mental disorders, mental disorders, and developmental disabilities through the creation of content such as picture books and websites, and awareness-raising activities. A project team centered on psychiatric nurses and doctors. As a picture book author unit, they are active under the katakana name of 'Pursuaruha'.
The picture books produced by a project team centered on psychiatric nurses and doctors are very easy to understand and persuasive, and the illustrations are wonderful as works of art. So, I wanted to increase my ability to communicate, to reach out to people in need, and to do something about misunderstandings and prejudices about mental illness, developmental disorders, and alcoholism.
About 40 paintings and drawings by Chiaki Hosoo of Purusuaruha will be exhibited at Kokubunji Cafe Slow's Purusuaruha "Ikiru Boken Chiaki". Along with that, we will introduce and sell “Ikiru Bouken Chizu” and previous “Purusuaruha” publications. Installed not only in the gallery but also on the wall of the café, this is a very thrilling exhibition of three-dimensional robots floating in the air.
June 4 (Tuesday) Hiroaki Nakatsugawa (artist, representative of AIM) Chiaki (nurse, writer, Purusuaruha) Chizuru Higashi (actress, representative of Get in touch) Purusu at Cafe Slow is a talk of "Living adventure map". At first, Chizuru Azuma and I talked about get and AIM's art activities, and then cross-talked with Chiaki after a break. It's pretty compact, but it's a story with a lot of content.
